Background
Mr. Gilhuly joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. in 1986 in San Francisco, became partner at year-end 1994, and served on KKR's investment committee from 2000 to 2005. In 1998, he moved to London to build KKR's business in Europe, for which he was responsible until early 2005. Prior to joining KKR in 1986, Mr. Gilhuly worked from 1982 to 1984 at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Transactions in which Mr. Gilhuly has participated include Dillingham, Demag Holding, Legrand, LNG Holdings, MedCath, Merit Behavioral Care, MTU Aero Engines, Newsquest, Owens-Illinois, Red Lion/Doubletree, Rockwood, Smiths, Tenovis, The Marley Company, Union Texas Petroleum, Wincor Nixdorf, and Zumtobel.

Background
Mr. Stuart joined Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., L.P. in 1986 in New York, became partner at year-end 1994, and served on KKR's investment committee from 2000 until 2005. From 2000 until his departure in 2005, he was responsible for KKR's industry groups in the utilities and consumer products sectors. Prior to joining KKR in 1986, Mr. Stuart worked from 1981 to 1984 at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb, Inc. in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Transactions in which Mr. Stuart has participated include DPL, Inc., Duracell, Granum/Summit, International Transmission Company, K.C. Cable, KKR Financial, KSL Recreation, Newsquest Media, RJR Nabisco/Borden, Sealy Corporation, Texas Genco, The Boyds Collection, and World Color Press.

Principals
Andrew J. Campelli joined Sageview in 2006 as a Principal in the Greenwich office. Mr. Campelli worked closely with the Principals at KKR from mid-2003 until late 2004, evaluating investment opportunities primarily in the chemicals, utilities and general industrials market sectors. Mr. Campelli joins Sageview from Duquesne Capital Management, L.L.C., where, as a research analyst, he focused on the global power and utility sector. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Campelli was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an analyst in the Industrial & Natural Resources group of the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Campelli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College.
Sasank V. Chary joined Sageview in 2006 as a Principal in the Greenwich office. Prior to joining Sageview, Mr. Chary was an Associate at Harvest Partners, Inc., where he focused on growth equity and leveraged buyout transactions across the consumer, industrial and business services industries. Previously, Mr. Chary was with UBS Securities LLC as an analyst in the Global Industries group of the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Chary earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Wharton School) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
Alex D. Gleser joined Sageview in 2007 as a Principal in the Greenwich office. Mr. Gleser was an Associate at TPG from 2002 until 2005, where he participated in several private equity transactions including investments in Iasis Healthcare, Kraton Polymers, Quintiles Transnational, and Burger King. Prior to joining TPG, Mr. Gleser was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an analyst in the Healthcare group of the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Gleser earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mbago M. Kaniki joined Sageview in 2007 as a Principal in the Greenwich office. Previously, Mr. Kaniki was a Vice President with The Carlyle Group. During his time at Carlyle from 2001 to 2007, Mr. Kaniki participated in private equity transactions including Dunkin' Brands, Horizon Lines, Piedmont/Hawthorne and Grand Vehicle Works. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Kaniki was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Kaniki earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.
Jeffrey A. Klemens joined Sageview in 2006 as a Principal in the Palo Alto office. Prior to joining Sageview, Mr. Klemens was an Associate at SPO Partners & Co., where he was part of the 10-person investment team managing a concentrated portfolio of public and private investments and evaluating new opportunities across industries, including media, software and energy. Prior to SPO Partners, Mr. Klemens was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an analyst in the Industrial and Financial Sponsors groups of the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Klemens earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
Fredrik K. Sjödin joined Sageview in 2008 as a Principal in Europe. Mr. Sjödin worked closely with Ned Gilhuly and Scott Stuart at KKR from 2000 to 2006, evaluating investments in most European industries out of KKR’s London office. Mr. Sjödin was a director of Rockwood Holdings, Inc. from 2003 to 2006. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Sjödin was with Salomon Brothers International Ltd. Mr. Sjödin has a M.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden, including a semester of graduate courses at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University.
Eric Wei joined Sageview in 2008 as a Principal in the Palo Alto office. Previously, Mr. Wei was a Vice President with Bain Capital. During his time at Bain Capital, Mr. Wei participated in private equity transactions including Dunkin' Brands and Quintiles Transnational. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Wei was with Evercore Ventures and Bain & Company. Mr. Wei earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Meghan M. Barloco joined Sageview in 2006 as an Associate in the Greenwich office. Previously, Ms. Barloco was an analyst with Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division in Chicago. She worked as a generalist, serving clients across multiple industries, including industrials, consumer, retail, financial institutions and healthcare, while providing a full range of corporate finance and M&A advisory services. Ms. Barloco graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Economics.
Christopher B. Chapman joined Sageview in 2006 as an Associate in the Greenwich office. Prior to joining Sageview, Chris was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in their Toronto office where he worked on corporate finance and energy engagements. Previously, Chris was a summer analyst at UBS Investment Bank in Los Angeles. Chris graduated as an Ivey Scholar from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration.
Håkan C. Håkansson joined Sageview in 2008 as an Associate in Europe. Prior to joining Sageview, Mr. Håkansson was an Associate with TA Associates Ltd. in London, where he focused on growth private equity and leveraged buyout transactions across the consumer, retail, healthcare and business services industries. Previously, Mr. Håkansson served as an Analyst in the Nordic Investment Banking Group of Goldman Sachs International in London. Mr. Håkansson has a M.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.
Andrew J. Korn joined Sageview in 2006 as an Associate in the Greenwich office. Mr. Korn was previously a consultant in the New York office of The Boston Consulting Group. While at BCG he worked to develop business strategies and improve operations for clients in the private equity (both due diligence and portfolio improvement), financial services, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Korn graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics while earning distinction in his major and election to Phi Beta Kappa.
Rajiv Krishnarao joined Sageview in 2007 as an Associate in the Palo Alto office. Prior to Sageview, Mr. Krishnarao was an Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group of Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division. While at Goldman he worked across a full range of financing and M&A products, focusing on clients in the CommTech and Internet sectors. Mr. Krishnarao graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Wharton School).
Tyler N. Mills joined Sageview in 2006 as an Associate in the Palo Alto office. Prior to joining Sageview, Mr. Mills was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served international energy companies on issues of strategy, management, and corporate finance. At McKinsey, he also assisted leading private equity firms and hedge funds in conducting due diligence of potential investment opportunities. Mr. Mills earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, graduating with First Class Honours, from Queen's University.

Barbara E. Parker joined Sageview in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer in the Greenwich office. Ms. Parker brings more than 27 years of industry and accounting experience to the Firm and joins Sageview from Boston Ventures Management, a $2.6 billion media and communications buyout fund where, as Chief Financial Officer since 2004, she was responsible for all of the accounting, reporting, tax and compliance, treasury, information technology and administrative functions within the firm. Previously, from 1988 to 2004, she was a General Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Saugatuck Capital Company, a middle market private equity fund. Ms. Parker served as Manager of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting for Southern New England Telephone Company from 1984 until 1988, and as an audit manager with Deloitte Haskins & Sells from 1978 through 1984. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut in 1978 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Gregory J. Martinsen, Director of Operations, joined Sageview in 2006. Prior to joining Sageview, Mr. Martinsen was Chief Financial Officer at P.A.W. Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund based in Greenwich, CT. Previously, from 2002 to 2004, Mr. Martinsen was with Dubin & Swieca Capital Management, a New York City fund of hedge funds, where he was responsible for the group’s accounting and operations. Prior to working at Dubin & Swieca, Mr. Martinsen was an accountant with Tudor Investment Corporation and CITCO Fund Services for 3 years. He began his career at Goldstein Golub Kessler where he spent 2 years as a Public Accountant. Greg graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a B.S. in Business Administration and received his M.B.A. from Hofstra University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2000.
Dino Verardo joined Sageview in 2008 as Senior Accountant in the Greenwich office. Prior to joining Sageview, Mr. Verardo was a Product Controller at Sailfish Capital Partners L.P., a fixed-income hedge fund based in Stamford, CT. Prior to joining Sailfish Capital, he was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG LLP. Mr. Verardo graduated from Providence College with a B.S. in Accountancy, received his M.B.A. from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
