Sageview Capital Announces Promotions of Roberto Avila and Caitlin Vorlicek to Partner; Andy Greos to Principal; and Noah Stollman to Senior Associate

Greenwich, CT and Palo Alto, CA – Sageview Capital LP, a leading growth equity firm focused on partnering with industry-leading innovators to build enduring software and tech-enabled businesses, announced today the promotions of Roberto Avila and Caitlin Vorlicek to Partner, Andy Greos to Principal, and Noah Stollman to Senior Associate, Finance & Portfolio Analytics.

These promotions recognize each individual’s leadership, impact, and meaningful contributions to Sageview’s continued growth and success. The firm looks forward to their continued partnership in delivering value to portfolio companies and limited partners.

Promotions to Partner

Roberto Avila and Caitlin Vorlicek have each played key roles in leading Sageview’s investment ideation, sourcing efforts, transaction execution, and post-investment value creation.

Roberto joined Sageview in 2015 as an Associate and was promoted to Principal in 2020. During his tenure, he has been actively involved in 10 investments and currently serves as an active Director or Board Observer at Atmosphere TV, CallRail, Closinglock, Grocery TV, and Impact Analytics. He previously served as a Board Observer at Theatro. Prior to joining Sageview, Roberto was an Analyst in the TMT M&A group at Lazard Frères.

Caitlin joined Sageview in 2021 as a Vice President and was promoted to Principal in 2022. She has been instrumental in enhancing the firm’s sourcing efforts and has been actively involved in investments including Carewell, Elemental Machines, Specright, User Interviews, Stensul, Tive, and Uncountable. Before joining Sageview, Caitlin led Partnerships and Corporate Development at Sifted, a logistics software company based in Kansas City, Missouri. Previously, she spent three years at Summit Partners, sourcing and executing investments including Klaviyo, A Cloud Guru, Allego, and Sifted. Caitlin began her career in technology investment banking at Harris Williams & Co.

Promotion to Principal

Andy Greos joined Sageview in 2023 as a Vice President and is responsible for helping the firm in its sourcing, executing, and portfolio monitoring efforts with a focus on fintech companies. Before joining Sageview, Andy helped establish the group at Roofdeck Capital, executing investments in leading fintech companies. Andy previously was with TA Associates and Financial Technology Partners. Andy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and later earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Promotion to Senior Associate, Finance & Portfolio Analytics

Noah Stollman joined Sageview in 2023 as a Senior Fund Accountant in the firm’s Greenwich office. Noah is responsible for supporting Sageview’s finance and operations team, with a focus on portfolio company performance monitoring, investor reporting, internal data management, and performance forecasting. Prior to Sageview, Noah was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG in New York City, where he worked in the Financial Services practice serving Banking and Capital Markets clients. Noah earned a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Data & Analytics from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
