Jeff Klemens

Jeff Klemens joined Sageview in 2006 as a Principal in the Palo Alto office and was promoted to Partner in 2015. While at Sageview, Jeff has focused on the technology sector, with an emphasis on enterprise software and communications equipment. Jeff is currently a director at Elastic Path, Ezoic, Rapid RTC [DMT], and holds an observer seat on the board of MetricStream. He is a former director at Reflexis Systems and former board observer at Alfresco, Avalara, and GoPro.

Prior to joining Sageview, Jeff was an Associate at SPO Partners & Co., where he was part of the 10-person investment team managing a concentrated portfolio of public and private investments across industries, including media, software and energy. Prior to SPO Partners, Jeff was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an analyst in the Industrial and Financial Sponsors groups of the Investment Banking Division.

Andrew Korn

Andrew Korn is a Partner focusing on the technology & services sectors in the Greenwich office. Andrew joined Sageview in 2006 as an Associate, was promoted to Principal in 2010, and to Partner in 2018. Andrew is currently a director at Drivewyze and a board observer at 360insights and Brandwatch.

Prior to Sageview, Andrew was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on developing business strategies and improving operations for clients in the private equity, financial services, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical industries.

Dean Nelson

Dean Nelson joined Sageview in 2014 and is based in Greenwich. He currently serves on the board of 360insights, Aceable, Brandwatch, CallRail, Theatro, Womply, and XSELL Technologies. He is a former director at Reflexis Systems.

From 2000 through 2013, Mr. Nelson was founder and head of KKR Capstone, an operating team focused on improving performance in KKR’s portfolio companies and providing late stage due diligence support to KKR’s investment teams. In addition to leading KKR Capstone, Dean served as CEO and President of Primedia Inc. and as Head of Worldwide Operations and Technology at First Data Corp. He also served on KKR’s Portfolio Committee. In addition, he has been a member of several boards of directors, including Del Monte Corporation, Dollar General Corporation, Primedia Inc., Sealy Corporation, Toys “R” Us Inc. and Yellow Pages Group.

Prior to KKR, Dean was a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group for 15 years, serving as a Partner and head of the firm’s Chicago office.
